For states where Residential Evaluations are prohibited (NC,SC, and PA), our staff of skillfully trained Residential Real Estate Appraisers are state certified and licensed and are able to accommodate a Limited Scope appraisal on all types of residential real estate, including single family, multi-family (2-4 dwelling), condominium, land, new construction, FHA/HUD, and foreclosure.
