Keith Fletcher


Keith Fletcher joined CES in 2020 as our Chief Operation Officer and Chief Marketing Officer and has worked with CES since 2010. His responsibilities include operational technology, building and marketing CES’s product/service suite and defining the company’s brand strategy for driving growth. Keith’s ability to focus on CES’s Unique Selling Proposition (USP) and then execute digital as well traditional marketing strategies has the company poised for growth in the short term and for years to come. Keith’s knowledge in both the Commercial and Residential building industry spans 30+ years. His father, Mike was President of Butler Manufacturing, a commercial metal builder in the Midwest and taught Keith much of what he knows. Keith passed the Florida builders exam and became a licensed builder for residential homes there.

In addition to his deep knowledge of the building industry, Keith is the founder of Fletch Creative, a Branding and Digital Marketing firm that serviced a variety of industries. His client list includes The Home Depot, Equifax, SunTrust Bank, AstraZeneca, Coca-Cola and Dornier MedTech. Of particular note is Fletch’s brand identity and product launch work for Dornier MedTech, a urology pioneer and the inventor and worldwide leader of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) in Madrid, Spain, Düsseldorf and Munich, Germany.
